Happy Fourth of July!!!

Jenn's niece, Kami, and nephew, Devan, came to visit Ben and Jenn for the 4th of July weekend. They had lots of fun stuff planned and had a good time together.
Friday morning they met Wes, Katie, Zoe, Eli, and Eva at the Hogle Zoo.
Here are Kami, Devan, Zoe and Katie looking at the gorillas.
Kami and Devan are being checked out by a giraffe.
Here they are being lazy in a stroller after a long day of walking around the zoo.
Now a relaxing swim in Ben's pool. The water was perfect.

Later that night, they all went to Wes and Katie's house to barbeque hotdogs, roast marshmallows, and play with the kids. Devan is on the blanket and Zoe is playing with her new best friend, Kami.
And now, the kids. Wes... um...
Gavin and Austin cuddling on the swing.
Austin, Clayton, and Casey raise a toast to our country.
Devan is playing catch with Casey and Austin.
Saturday morning Jenn, Kami, and Devan woke up bright and early for the parade. They got awesome seats on the grass.
The motorcycle cops started the show.
There was a little kid juggling while riding a unicycle. Very impressive.
Here are Kami and Devan shaking hands with the Millcreek Lions Club lion. They were so excited to see him.
Can you believe that at a children's parade there was only one clown?
Hmmm, how did this picture get in there?
Of course this picture had to be in there.
Here is the pile of crap... oops, candy they collected during the course of the parade.
After the parade, they walked to Evergreen park where they played in the bounce-house obstacle course at the carnival. Here is Devan, about to fall out.
Here comes Kami.
There's Devan!
After the parade and carnival, they packed a lunch and went to Wheeler Farm. After they ate, they fed the ducks.
They saw lots of animals... including sheep.
They even climbed on a tractor.
Later that night, after barbequed hotdogs, they lit fireworks with Ben.
Oh, how cute is that?
Devan and Kami played with 6 dozen sparklers. They had a lot of fun and were disappointed when they were all gone. Apparently, 6 dozen wasn't enough.
Thanks for a fun weekend, Devan and Kami.
