My brother and sister-in-law are expecting their first baby in October. Stephanie's baby shower was held at her mother's house on Saturday. My sister, Kim, and her daughter, Kami, came from Evanston to attend the shower. Prior to the shower, we all went to Ben and my favorite gourmet market- Pirate O's- for lunch.
Ben and I go to Pirate O's a few times a month for their deli sandwiches and pirate paraphernalia. Whenever we go we are typically the only customers in the store. On Saturday, however, they were having an event. All the employees were dressed as pirates, a radio station was there giving out free schwag, and they even hired a Captain Jack Sparrow look-alike. It was awesome! I love this store, anyway, but this time it was great. Here are a few pics of my sis, niece, and I with Captain Jack...
After lunch, we all headed to Kearns for Steph's baby shower. She is due October 28th, but you wouldn't know it by looking at her. Her belly is tiny! She doesn't look 8 months pregnant, lucky girl. Kevin and Stephanie are expecting a baby boy to be named Gavin Lincoln.
