School's out for summer!!!

Oh, today was my first day of summer vacation! It was lovely. The weather even cooperated. I started the day with breakfast at Paradise Bakery with friends to celebrate the end of the school year. Then I came home, laid on a blanket on the grass in the back yard and stayed there until around 6 o'clock this evening... reading and dozing in the warm sun. Ended the day with barbequed hamburgers with the hubby. Lovely, lazy, lumpy day. I'm looking forward to many more days just like it. I feel bad for those of you who have to work year round. Oh, sorry... didn't mean to rub it in :)
