Vacation in Vegas

For Christmas, Jenn wanted to surprise Ben with a quick trip to Las Vegas, Nevada. Unfortunately, there was record snowfall in Vegas that weekend so they had to postpone the trip. Fortunately, the weekend of January 16th turned out to be sunny with temps in the 70's. They couldn't have been forced to pick a better weekend.
They stayed in the Luxor hotel on the stip in Las Vegas. This is the interior of the giant piramid hotel.
It is so tall inside the full-sized palm trees don't come close to reaching the top.Ben and Jenn stayed in room 18139, which is on the 18th floor.
This is the nuts view looking down from their hotel room.
Saturday morning, after room-service breakfast, Ben and Jenn set out to explore Vegas. Their first stop was the aquarium in the Mandalay Bay hotel.
The fishies were huge! That is Ben's hand!
There were tons of sharks.
They even got to pet the rays.

The Jelly Fish are one of Jenn's favorites.
After Mandalay Bay, Ben and Jenn went to the MGM hotel to see the Lion exhibit. There is a completely see-through tunnel you can walk through to see the lions sleeping and lazing on the top.
Yeah, that is a grown man... cuddling with the lions. Crazy!
Jenn was stoked to see the freaks and geeks along the strip. Oh, look. There's one.
"Is he pointing at me?"
"I think he likes me."
Can you believe this is how he makes his living?!?
Can you tell which one is wax and which one is real?
There is a canal and real boats in the Venetian hotel.
This is the ceiling inside the Venetian hotel. The clouds looked so real.
More freaks and geeks. Crazy tree people.
Don't know what this is. Just thought it looked cool.
Neptune?

Another freak and/or geek.
Ben and Jenn were so tired from walking the strip all day. They were relieved when they finally made it back to their hotel. Lucky for the beam of light shooting out the top of it. Without it they may not have been able to find their way back.
